Prepare ingredients as noted. Muddle the garlic cloves with the leaves until you have a smooth paste. Next roughly chop the wild garlic leaves then when your butter is soft enough mix the garlic and sea salt thoroughly into the butter. Transfer to a large piece of clingfilm and roll into a generous size tube. Store in the fridge or freezer until you’re ready to get cooking with it. Great spread on toasted baguette as a quick and easy garlic bread.
