Begin by bringing a large pan oil generously salted water to the boil. Once boiling add the pasta, stir initially then allow to cook as per instructions or until al dente.

While the pasta cooks, take a large pan, add your oil and heat, once hot add in the garlic, chilli, courgette flower, rosemary and oregano, cooking just for several minutes and add in seasoning. Prepare the buratta.

Once the pasta is cooked, using tongs remove your pasta directly from the boiling pan to your saucepan and combine all ingredients. Scatter burrata, add zest and extra back pepper and serve.
