Cover all four steaks in the Gochujang paste and set to one side allowing the steaks to come to room temperature and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Heat a griddle or frying pan until almost smoking hot. Drizzle the steak with a little oil, add seasoning then place on the griddle cooking for around a minute on each side before flipping and cooking the other side. Cook for around 2-3 minutes in total depending on the thickness of the steak and how well done you want it. This is for a medium rare steak that’s around 1 inch thick. Once cooked allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Next place the greens on the griddle the steak was cooked on. Char and flip them over after a minute or so once wilted and charred then set to one side.
Prepare all salad ingredients and combine on a platter. Mix together the dressing of lime, sesame oil, soy sauce and mirin then and drizzle over the salad.
Slice the steak and serve alongside the salad.
